		<description>I think Mr Lalvani will run into tons of opposition to his plans from both locals (especially fishermen and boat operators)  and expatriates alike.  I, for one, oppose it strongly and if Gates and his ilk can't moor their super yachts here then they can go do it in Dubai.</description>
